1006 Dillon Street, Schottler is an apartment located in Broker, Liberty City. Jacob Hughes lives in this apartment, and two of his missions are given to Niko Bellic from this apartment. The interior of the apartment is briefly seen during the opening cutscene of "Shadow", but the apartment cannot be accessed during regular gameplay.
