[Source] Lugos II Drummond, son of Lugos Harelip and jarl of Clan Drummond has an especially fiery personality, even more so than the typical residents of the Skellige Isles. He reigns from Kaer Muire on the southern half of Ard Skellig and appears in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
