The Metallix E-Phone is Metallix Raider's transformation device, created by an unknown figure using parts from Masked Rider's Ecto-Accelerator Belt and the Gold Ranger's Golden Power Staff. It operates by using the Hero Dial, a rotary dial on the back, to let Isa assume her Ranger Form or the form of any of Earth's Metal Heroes. A keyhole in the center of the dial allows Isa to also use the Extra Hero and Extra Ranger Ranger Keys. Numbers: Apps:
