Alex Terapane was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century. In 2379, Captain Terapane was in command of the USS Musashi. Following the disastrous Tezwa affair, the Musashi, along with the USS Amargosa and the USS Republic were sent to aid the USS Enterprise-E with the reconstruction of Tezwa after millions of its citizens were killed and most of its major cities' structures were destroyed by the Klingons.
