RURUTIA (ルルティア) is a Japanese female singer/songwriter. She started her career in 2001 with Toshiba-EMI. Currently she's assigned to Phoerix Records. Of RURUTIA's personal life is very little known. This combined with the whispering sound of her music, and it makes a very mysterious impression.
