Portugee was the bosun and steersman aboard the Diablo Del Mar. He was part of the search party that located Ludon, along with Maroosh and Rillo. After Redjack Teal captured the Del Mar and left the crew stranded on Puerto Rico, Portugee became second-in-command to Boelee against Rocco Madrid. It is presumed he was killed by poison darts from the native Caribs for invading their shores.
