The Nuclear ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile) is the upgrade to the Nuclear Missile. The Nuclear ICBM can be researched in the Information Age and built in the Missile Silo. Like any upgraded unit, the ICBM costs more and takes longer to build, but is far more devastating than the Nuclear Missile, being, hands down, the most powerful weapon in the game. The ICBM increases the range of the silo, extending to nearly covering the whole map (depending on the size of map). This gives the ICBM incredible destructive power, as it is able to destroy a whole City in one blast and obliterate stationary units.
