The Fairy Tail OST Vol. 4 is the fourth Original Soundtrack from the Fairy Tail anime. Unlike the previous volumes, it comes with two discs. The last two songs on disc 2 were performed by members of the cast. "BLOW AWAY" was performed by the voices of Natsu (Tetsuya Kakihara) and Gray (Yuuichi Nakamura). "Happy Tale" was performed by the voices of Lucy (Aya Hirano), Wendy (Satomi Satō), and Erza (Sayaka Ohara). It was released on March 20, 2013.
