The Port Richmond & Prohibition Park Electric Railroad owned a streetcar line in Staten Island (the borough of Richmond in New York City). It was not an operating company, but it was operated by the Staten Island Midland Railway Co. It was subsequently renamed as the Staten Island Traction Company.
