A self-proclaimed army brat, she grew up on bases through out Texas and Kansas. She was a Special Agent with Army Intelligence - Criminal Investigation Division - assigned to investigate the band of mercenaries hired by Renegade Watcher James Horton and Xavier St. Cloud, after their assault in Duncan MacLeod's dojo in 1994. During investigation, she developed an attraction to MacLeod, without having the feeling returned. MacLeod was at that time still mourning the loss of Tessa. She married Congressman Paul Liebowitz in 1997.
