Bradley Headstone is a character in Our Mutual Friend. Despite his past poverty he has, through hard work, attained a respectable position as a schoolmaster, and is generally thought a proper and upright man. Through Charley Hexam, his favoured student, he meets and falls in love with Lizzie Hexam, who rejects his advances. He then develops an insane and violent jealousy for Eugene Wrayburn.
