Eliot Smith-Johnson is a friend and colleague of GDI Tiberium scientist James de Groot. He worked hard to persuade top scientists to work on De Groot's Liquid Tiberium research project, which was eventually abandoned due to the destruction of the lab in Operation Grand Gesture. & File:KW gameicon.png
