55 Woodland Drive is the home of Brandi Broke and her two sons, Beau and Dustin. Outside, the house has a few bushes next to a small porch. In the back of the house is a small square pool with no ladder, which is possibly where Skip had his "suspicious pool ladder accident." Inside, there is a cheap dining area with a pink kitchen. Nearby, there is an inexpensive living chair and a TV. Beau's crib and toys are in the hallway. Along the hallway is Dustin's room, which has a pinball machine; and the bathroom.
