Falvin Dor was the male Bolian captain of the Regulus Passenger Lines transport Verity in the late 24th century. In March 2381, Dor was questioned by Federation Department of Temporal Investigations agents Dulmur and Lucsly aboard the Starfleet starship USS Everett after the Verity and all passengers and crew were displaced in time from 2366 to 2381.
