Carl Bradshaw (born in Kingston, Jamaica) is a Jamaican radio DJ in Grand Theft Auto IV who hosts the Tuff Gong Radio station in Liberty City. Much like other DJs of reggae stations in the Grand Theft Auto series, Bradshaw is distinguished by his laid back Jamaican accent. on occasions, he also encourages listeners to continue tuning into the station and listening to the station's predominantly Bob Marley soundtrack, while preaching non-violence.
