The Chinese/Asian-Nation Cooperative was a supranational entity created by the Asian nations in response to the rising occidental powers on America and Europe. Formed by China, Korea and others, the CANC was the greatest enemy of the United Nations Interplanetary Corps in the military space race, even declaring a cold war on the UNIC. Ruled by a communist government, Its space empire was directed from L-5, an orbital base which controlled all activities in the outer planets and the construction of a CANC base on Titan. Whether it still existed during the Alien movies is unknown.
