A two foot, thirty pound wooden statue found at Tsutenkaku Tower. A smaller Billiken can be found at Saint Louis University and Saint Louis University High School, serving as their mascot. The statue was made by Florence Pretz in 1908, who was said to have seen the figure in a dream. Billiken was elf-like with pointed ears, a mischievous smile and a tuft of hair on his pointed head. His arms were short and he was generally sitting with his legs stretched out in front of him.
