Jhonny Quezada is the Venezuelan intern who visits Pawnee along with his superiors Raul, Antonio Rivera-Fonseca, and Elvis Correja. He expresses interest in April Ludgate, telling her he'll kill her boyfriend. He believes she must be very powerful to hold a position as an intern in the government, as in his country it is a very coveted position. He asks her to move in with him to his estate in Venezeula, where he says she'll live like a princess, but she turns him down. At the end of "Sister City", however, April Skypes with the Parks Department, showing her and Donna Meagle hanging out at Jhonny's estate.
