Stephen Fluharty is a superior court judge in Los Angeles County. On 4 October 2011, he signed a warrant allowing LAPD detectives David Chu and Harry Bosch to search the office of consulting attorney George Irving, and named Richard Hadlow as the special master to oversee the search.
