The Philosopher Earrings is an item in Haunting Ground. They are made from the Philosopher's Stone. When equipped, panic progression greatly decreases. It will also keeps Fiona from getting panic, even when attacked by Stalkers. Fiona can obtain the Philosopher Earrings by alchemic process, taking it from old Lorenzo or Daniella (except during her boss fight), or by inserting the Red Godstone into the sublimatum container in the Water Tower basement.
