Brigadier "Lance Cage II" was the commanding officer of Top, and Sword Strike's CO. He is a usually careful man, but also considerate; refusing to let any of his men let a innocent person die. He's notably a fan of the Naruto, and Dragon Ball series. And has adopted Kakashi's teachings which is; those who break rules and regulations are considered scum, however those who abandon their friends are worse than scum, and those who disregard their friends feelings, and sacrifices are even worse scum. This teaching was later adopted to all WOLFHOUND soldiers, and refused to let comrades die over a rule. Lance was never condemn for his actions, and later became a hero. He later died during Second Battle of the Wolf's Dens due to smoke inhalation suffered from a gas explosion.
