The Sticky Shocker is a non-lethal device that can be used to neutralize any target by knocking them out. Upon hitting it's target, the Sticky Shocker will adhere to them and release an electrical surge within the individual's body, knocking the target out. Water can also be used to conduct the charge from a Sticker Shocker, capable of knocking out multiple individuals at once.
