Ms. Helga is woman living in Clamburg. She appeared in the episode "Toupee" where the toupee fiend on Mr. Milk's head complimented her dress. She, believing it was Mr. Milk who said it, giggled and was very flattered. She also appeared in Mr. Milk's fantasy sequence of becoming a Swiss banker. She appeared again in "Pony". She is voiced by Dave Wasson.
