Keika uses Water Release: Bubbles Technique with her bubble blower, starting the Secret Technique. Keeping the opponent trapped by bubbles, she forms a Vanishing Rasengan then throws it into the midst of the bubbles. Snapping her fingers, water and wind join to deal damage as Keika covers her face to protect from the winds unleashed by her Rasengan.
