The Questionmark was a deformed hunchback and insane criminal mastermind who battled 13 and Jinx on a number of occassions. Carlos began his reign of terror by murdering his younger brother Rudolph who had gotten all of the inheritance when their parent's died, because Carlos was deemed mentally unstable. He then freed Rudolph's wife, Marie Duvale, from the insane assylum. Carlos loved Marie, despite the fact that she believed she was Cleopatra. He soon deemed himself King Questionmark, made himself a crown, and raised a small army of insane people that really liked lolipops. They included Goebells, Lord Haw Haw, Hitler and Nero. Carlos and his gang were apparently killed in an explosion when Goebells decided to make a touchdown by carrying a bomb back to the gang's truck. The Questionmark
