The Hammers were formed hastily from the raiding vessels of the Daeloughtian people shortly after they joined the empire. The vessels of the Hammers can be ported in many of the ports and docks of the empire, they are based out of Daelought. Officially, the Hammers are a policing force in the cradelic bay, in reality, however, they are often no better than the pirates and Orcs they protect against. As long as there is no report of their crimes and no imperial sealed boxes are taken, the Hammers enjoy a freedom to pillage on the bay that none else could know.
