Enter the sewers at the entrance of the rangery shop in the south-western side of Conqueria. From there proceed south until you reach the ladder marked in the picture. Be careful, however, as you might get rushed by 2 or more Mutant Kids or Mutated Manufacturers after going up the ladder. This doesn´t occur all the time though.
