|The fastest way would be to use a 3rd party program such as dreamweaver. It can embed the flv video into a player with controls. There are many programs that will do this. Others may know the apps. I would personally stay away from using flash until you get some more working knowledge of what you want to do with flash. Use the wmv or mov options for easier delivery of content to the web. |}
