Foggington Dunkel the Third is a non-canonical fiend that was put in charge of the Making Fiends website in April 2012. He believed the website was "awfully gray and grubby looking", so he cleaned it and removed all old episodes because he thought Vendetta seemed "a trifle mean", and replaced them with a new episode called "Making Friends". He was seen on the website itself for the entire time the episode was put up.
