Kingsley was a baker working in Raccoon City in 1998. On a Sunday in mid-September 1998, he phoned into a radio show to describe how he planned to spend his day watching a Football game while his wife and daughter had a picnic in the now-derestricted Arklay Mountains. Nick, a member of the audience, was disgusted at his obliviousness to the t-Virus outbreak, aware that the man's wife and daughter are now probably dead.
