The ring of kinship (tank) is an specialised version of the ring of kinship that reduces damage when wielding a shield. This does not apply to defenders. The ring cannot be taken out of the dungeon; it is converted back to the ring of kinship once a player leaves, or enters the dungeon in F2P.
