Robert Fielding was the president of the United States of America before, during and after the First Tiberium War. As the leader of an important GDI-friendly nation, Fielding was considered in danger of being targeted by the Brotherhood of Nod. There is evidence to suggest that his home and workplace, the White House, was marked for destruction in Nod's master plan during the First Tiberium War.
