The Sniper Courier is easy to spot with his red face cover, and his red torso. He can often be spotted driving around on Quad bikes, and the player can follow and kill him, and steal some documents from his body, it will give you Karma Points. He does not use his Sniper as much as the regular Snipers. He is slightly stronger than the regular Sniper enemy of Royal Army. He is either a Commander or Lieutenant.
