Chad "Elwar" Elwartowski (born December 8 1973) is an American software engineer, network engineer, game developer and all around good guy. Elwar has also been involved in politics as president of the Augusta Area Libertarian Party, Congressional candidate, Texas Republican state delegate, precinct chairman and Ron Paul supporter.
