Proton Turret were turrets manned by Pilot Robots. They were first encountered in The Deadgrove. Whenever the turrets saw a player, they would fire a stream of bullets that would lock onto the enemy. Therefore, another player had to kill the Pilot Robots from behind the turret where it was vulnerable. It was assumed that the turrets themselves were used by Tharpods to defend the Deadgrove.
