Arva Frost is an Earth Defence Army Colonel. Arva fells sympathy for the people of Mars and the Red Faction, due to an unknown event involving Bertram Roth it is possibly revealed that she defects to the Red Faction or is a spy for them, she is left out in the Dust Sector without food and water to die. She makes a radio tag telling about her situation and that she will get revenge on Roth, dead or alive.
