Surinder Duhra appeared on Coronation Street in August and October 2014 as Mr Khalil, the solicitor who represented Peter Barlow when he was formally charged and tried for the murder of Tina McIntyre. Having trained at both Rose Bruford College and Kogan Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, his other credits include roles in The Bill, Doctors, Casualty, Keen Eddie, Hustle, Waking the Dead, Peep Show and Party People, along with the movies Love Life, Driving Lessons, Hereafter and The Contract.
