CTU El Paso was a domestic branch of the Counter Terrorist Unit located in El Paso. It was the closest CTU branch to Los Alamos. One of their primary missions was to watch the Mexican border for spies, saboteurs and terrorists. An agent from CTU/ELP delivered an Expedition to Jack Bauer when he was investigating Los Alamos. Later, Jack spoke to Bert Leeds, SAC of the branch, for assistance in his mission. (Death Angel)
