Beth Stoakes was a Human female living on Earth with her family in the 2370s. The family had a tradition of taking a trip to the Golden Gate Bridge on her and her husband's wedding anniversary. In 2375, they were on their annual trip to the bridge when the Breen attacked San Francisco, destroying the centre of the bridge and killing Beth and her family.
