Haldora was a gas giant in the 107 Piscium system, around which the former scuttler colony of Hela orbited. It was destroyed sometime in the distant past by the scuttlers, utilizing mass-synthesizer technology provided by the shadows, which consumed the planet and transformed it into a massive gravitational signal receiver. The destruction of Haldora was unknown for many years, even to the settlers of Hela, as the shadows' receiver projected the image of the gas giant as camouflage, even down to the most minute detail.
