The Shot Plasma is used by Gamma in the Future Arc. He uses his Lightning Flames to cause powerful damage with the Billiard balls. It appears that he has to use a Cue Stick to hit them before they move. In Gamma's fight with Hibari, he explains that the Billiard balls are impossible to dodge and cover every angle. However, Hibari countered this by choosing the path where only one Billiard ball would make contact with him and used all his defensive Flames to deflect the Billiard ball.
