The Ndesu has a pale grey/brown skin color. It has large, white eyes with no pupils. It wears ripped shorts with a rope as a belt. Attached to the rope are dead human bodies and skulls. It also has a long, grey beard. Unlike El Gigante, who can suffer damage from smaller firearms such as a shotgun, Ndesu is far more resilient to firearms and can even withstand a barrage of heavier gunfire like the gun turrets and pursue its targets.
