The sea witches who live here are believed to cause heavy and unpredictable winds blowing around the isle. They are unlocked by completing the voyage The Winds' Home (5000 Morale, 5000 Combat, 5000 Seafaring). Completing this voyage unlocks voyages to the Wind's Home and unlocks the ability to hire sea witches for your crew.
