The Angmar Tribute Carts are generated by the Hillmen Village , the Orc Camp , the Barrow and the Outpost . They are used to level up the recruitment buildings of Angmar. They are based of the vanilla builders. The Orc and Human Carts give 391 resources and the Outpost Cart gives 500 resources. The Settlements Carts provide less XP to buildings than the Outpost Carts.
