Villeneuve’s Revenge is an adamist starship, owned and captained by independent trader André Duchamp. Trivia: Pierre-Charles Villeneuve was the French admiral in charge of the combined Spanish/French fleet defeated by Nelson at the battle of Trafalgar in 1805. It is assumed from Duchamp's French cultural background that this defeat still rankles. Villeneuve was captured by the British and on release died in violent and mysterious circumstances in France.
