Volkhad Reinhardt (b. January 29th, 2731 - d. September 15th, 2810 was the 9th Vice-Chairman of the Fascist Authority Party. He served as the Chief Minister of Hulstria from 2776 to 2785; Volkhad was a member of the Reinhardt political dynasty and descendant of former Governor-General of Greater Hulstria, Wolfgang Reinhardt.
