A lab on the fourth floor was broken into by Dr. Kirk Langstrom as the Man-Bat, who stole chemicals that were used in the Man-Bat formula. Later, the entire third floor was blown out by a police task force who were trying to capture Batman while he was in the middle of an investigation.
