Note: Players can receive Genji Shield which absorbs all elements, resist all status effects and gives an auto wall by impressing the Magic Pot. To do so use Gil toss, Costly Punch, deal 99999 damage, and get Octaslash on the DMW. Since Octaslash is needed specifically it is recommended to have a Gil Toss materia, Costly Punch, a healing materia, and have three Octaslash materia equipped, or if one can go without healing by using potions instead go with four Octaslash.
