Neo is a reoccuring character in AlpacaHawk's YTPs. Neo is usually seen failing at being the one, but more often than not, he is also capable at failing day to day tasks. Neo was once sent by Morpheus to take down a few rogue agents, however, was immediately shot down. Even after being granted an infinite amount of respawns, he still couldn't accomplish his mission.
