Two-Handed Weapon Specialization was a passive Barbarian skill in early builds of Diablo III beta. It would increase all physical damage dealt with two-handed weapons by X%. The closest equivalent to this skill in the released game is Weapons Master, and, to some extent, Heavenly Strength.
